Ragi-Wheat-Flaxseed Chapati by Nisupta Bhattacharya

Ingredients:

  • Wheat
  • Ragi
  • Flaxseed & Chia powder
  • Oil

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Take equal amount of wheat and ragi.
  2. To the above add 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds and chia powder.
  3. Add little oil and knead the dough with water.
  4. Make equal portions and give each portion a circular shape
  5. Flatten them using a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a tawa and place the flattened dough on the tawa
  7. Keep roasting to prepare a chapatti.
