Ragi-Wheat-Flaxseed Chapati by Nisupta Bhattacharya

Ingredients:
- Wheat
- Ragi
- Flaxseed & Chia powder
- Oil
Preparation:
- Take equal amount of wheat and ragi.
- To the above add 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds and chia powder.
- Add little oil and knead the dough with water.
- Make equal portions and give each portion a circular shape
- Flatten them using a rolling pin.
- Heat a tawa and place the flattened dough on the tawa
- Keep roasting to prepare a chapatti.
