Hummus by Kakali Biswas

Ingredients
- Chick Peas/ Kabuli Chana
- Roasted Sesame Seeds
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Lemon
- Chopped Parsley
- Paprika
Preparation
- Boil Chick Peas & remove skin
- Lightly dry roasted sesame seeds & keep aside
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and make a fine paste
- Add the chick pea liquid to make it of a smooth consistency
- take the paste out
- Drizzle Olive oil
- Garnish with Parsley & Paprika
- Serve with brown bread or soup sticks.
