Kodbel Makha — Wood Apple Chutney/ Condiment

Ingredients

  • Wood Apple
  • Finely Chopped Green Chillies (How many depends on your heat tolerance level)
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves / cilantro
  • Salt To Taste
  • Sugar to Taste
  • Mustard Oil

 

Preparation

  • Crack the shell of the wood apple
  • Scoop out the pulp
  • Mash with all the ingredients mentioned
  • Serve in room temperature
  • Can be stored in a glass air tight container in fridge for about a week
