Ada-Rosun Chhara Dim-er Dalna / Eggs without Ginger & Garlic paste

This is a little different recipe, where Eggs are cooked without the mandatory ginger garlic paste. I often forget to remember the unique recipes I curated or created from scratch; thus to remember , here is how to cook this –

 

Ingredients –

 

  • Boiled Egg
  • Oil/ ghee
  • Onions
  • Chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Tomato puree
  • Garam masala powder
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation –

  • Boil the eggs
  • Peel and make slight slits in the eggs. Add turmeric and salt
  • Lightly fry the eggs
  • Haet oil & ghee in a pan. Sauté chopped onions in it.
  • Mix chilli powder and turmeric powder in a cup of water and add this to the pan
  • Add tomato puree, salt and sugar as per taste. Let the gravy thicken.
  • Add the eggs and sprinkle garam masala.
  • Add chopped coriander and a dash of ghee.

Serve hot
