Egg Mimosa

Egg mimosa s are loved all over the world and are also known as Devilled Eggs. Devilled Eggs or Egg Mimosa are boiled eggs, cut in half and stuffed with its own yolk and tastes absolutely delicious. This is an iconic hors d’oeuvre or a starter that can be found. The root of this delectable dish can actually be found in the ancient Rome.
I quite often prepare it when I am expecting guests at home. Since they taste decidedly yummy, you can prepare it anytime – guest or no guest!

Ingredients –

· 4 Eggs
· Tomato sauce
· Salt
· Pepper powder
· Butter
· Milk
· Flour

Preparation of White Sauce

· Heat the milk and flour mixture in a pan in low flame
· Add butter
· Add salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

· Boil 4 eggs
· Peel the eggs when cold and cut them in half
· Take out the egg yolk
· Mix the egg yolk with salt, pepper powder and tomato sauce according to taste
· Scoop this mixture back inside the egg
· Butter a baking dish and line up the eggs
· Bake the eggs for a period of 19 to 15 minutes
· Take the eggs out and apply the white sauce already prepared.
· Also add some tomato sauce
· Bake for five for minutes
· Garnish with a shredded boiled egg and serve
