French beans with eggs

Ingredients –
- Eggs
- Potatoes
- French beans
- Capsicum
- Other vegetables
- Cilantro
- Pepper powder
Preparations –
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes
- Cut french beans into small pieces.
- Heat butter in pan.
- Add the vegetables
- Saute for a few minutes
- add salt
- Add a cilantro water and let it simmer
- Keep Checking in between
- Once done, break an egg into it
- Add pepper powder
- Mix well. Serve hot
