Chingri-Bhindi Bhorta / Shrimp Mash With Okra
Lunch as a family is a luxury that a working couple can enjoy only in the weekends. Naturally we strive to make them special. Come weekend, I look for something special to serve for lunch; and when it is summer, we are always looking for recipes that are light on oil and spices, yet packed on flavour. On the brink of one such weekend, when I was running short of ideas, I put through an SOS message to Nayana Afroz, a well known home cook from Bangladesh; and she promptly came up with this one.
Ingredients:
- Shrimps
- Okra
