Grilled Salmon with Caesar Salad & Steamed broccoli By Sonali Banerjee
Sonali Banerjee, apart from being my loving aunt, is also a teacher by profession.
Here the salmon is plated along with hummus and khubus (a type of middle eastern flat bread)

Ingredients
- Boneless Salmon Steak
- Lemon Juice
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Pepper powder
- Salt
- Olive Oil
For the Caesar Salad
- Lettuce/ any salad leaf
- Vegetables (that can be eaten raw)
- Tomatoes
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Caesar dressing
Preparation:
- Wash and clean the boneless salmon.
- Marinate the salmon pieces with lemon juice, salt, little ginger garlic paste, pepper for about an hour.
- Grill it in oven or pan using olive oil.
- Served it with a salad of your choice
Note: I usually serve it with Caesar salad. Here is the recipe:
- Wash, clean and dry lettuce or any salad leaf
- Tear it with hand and add vegetables that can be eaten raw. I usually add only tomatoes.
- Mix little extra virgin olive oil along with Caesar dressing and give it a toss.
Steamed broccoli
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the broccoli into small florets
- Wash and steam till well done
- Sprinkle with a little salt n pepper to season it and serve.
