Puti machher Chorchori/ Swamp Barb with vegetables

The spouse is a sucker for vegetables, and our household sees vegetables being added to fish and meat frequently. Naturally, chorchori, which is an amalgamation of various vegetables, is a favourite of his. Various kinds of small varieties of fish can be used to cook chorchori. This one can be made with whatever vegetables are available as per the time of the year — which makes it versatile and perennial. Thankfully eggplants and beans are available round the year these days. Broad beans make a grand exotic entry in the winters when fresh ones are easily available. You may experiment with veggies of your choice, as per your taste.
