Bread Dahi Vada

Looking to make some kind of tasty snacks in a hurry? Haven’t prepped for an evening meal, but now feel like having something nice? Bread Dahi Vada shall come to your rescue. During the summer months, I often crave to have something cooling as a snack, and dahi vada is surely one such kind. However, the original version needs hours of preparation since the lentils that are used to make the vadas need proper soaking. This quick fix version of the dahi vada using bread negates the need of too much prepping, and also takes care of the taste quotient – a win-win situation, isn’t it?
