Cooking is all about fun and experimentation for me. Unfortunately, I don’t maintain a recipe book for myself and had a really hard time to write these two for BitebyByte!

 

Ingredients: Serves 3-4
• 12-14 Mushrooms
• 1 onion cut into square pieces
• 1 capsicum cut into square pieces
• 1 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp grated cheese
• 1 tsp of cashew paste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp of green chilli paste
• ½ tsp of nutmeg powder
• 1 tsp butter

Procedure
1. Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
2. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients except butter, onions and capsicum. Add salt to taste.
3. Refrigerate for 2-3 h and arrange the mushrooms, onions and capsicum sequentially
4. Bake it in an oven at 180 °C or in a gas tandoor until it gets cooked.
5. Add molten butter over it before serving hot.
