Pork Sausage Stir-fry By Brinda Sirkar

This recipe is a perfect example of cooking for beginners to wow one and all; a perfect quick-fix for times when you want some tang on your plate, yet do not want to work too hard for it.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Pork sausages – 10
  • 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

 

Method:

  • Heat a pan
  • Fry the Pork sausages without oil in the pan.
  • Then put tomato sauce & Worcestershire sauce together in the pan & mix it well with the sausages in very low heat.
  • Once the sausages get coated with the sauce, serve hot.
