Cooking is all about fun and experimentation for me. Unfortunately, I don’t maintain a recipe book for myself and had a really hard time to write these two for BitebyByte!

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover rice (1 bowl enough to make 12 roundels)
  2. Chopped onion (1)
  3. Chopped Coriander Leaves
  4. Chopped Garlic (2-4 cloves)
  5. Chopped green chillies (2-3)
  6. Salt (to taste)
  7. Pepper (to taste)
  8. Tandoori chicken masala (1 tsp)
  9. Cheese cubes (2-3)

Procedure:

  1. Take leftover rice, mix little chopped onion, 1tsp tandoori chicken masala, coriander leaves, salt, pepper to it. Mix well.
  2. Smash to make a coarse paste.
  3. Make roundels by putting a small cheese cube inside it .
  4. Beat an egg. Give the chops a coat of egg and fry till they are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.
