Salmon baked

This is a light and easy recipe that’s perfect for weight-watchers.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon (fillet)
  • Chilli powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • Wash the Salmon fillets well
  • Marinate with all powdered spices, lemon juice, salt, sugar and 2 tbsp of oil for about an hour (Salmon is a soft fish, so it can break if you marinate it longer)
  • Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and grease
  • Put the Salmon on the foil along with the marinade
  • Spray a little oil on top
  • Bake it in the oven in 350 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Turn the fillets and bake for another 10/15 minutes (do check it from time-to-time to prevent burning)
  • Serve with onion rings, lemon juice and salad
