Sausage-er Chaat

Sausages, be that of chicken or pork can be had with a lot of things. Sausages can be sautéed or steamed and can be had with sautéed or steamed vegetables, with bread rolls or toasts to make a meal out of it. All of these are tries and tested menus, so I thought of translating the yummilisciousness of the sausages in to something Indian. Basically the Sausage Chat is an amalgamation of the east and the west.I make it quite often and till date has always went down well with my family members and guests. Here’s the recipe for you all.

Ingredients –

  • Sausages
  • Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Spring Onion
  • Tomato
  • Finely chopped garlic

Procedure-

• Slice the sausages into pieces
• Heat a little butter in a pan

• Heat butter in a pan again and saute the garlic

• Saute these well
• Add salt and pepper powder
• Add the sausages and mix well

Serve with a beverage of your choice — I love this with fizzy colas!
