Grilled Chicken with Caesar Salad & Mashed Potatoes By Sonali Banerjee

 

 

Sonali Banerjee, apart from being my loving aunt, is also a teacher by profession.

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Peri Peri chicken powder (optional)
  • Oil

For mashed potatoes:

  • Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder

 

Preparation:

  1. Wash and clean chicken breast.
  2. Marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, lemon and Peri Peri chicken powder(optional).
  3. Grill in a pan or oven using little oil.
  4. Serve with Caesar Salad with Avocados and mashed potatoes.

Here is the recipe for Mashed potatoes:

  • Boil a pot of salted water.
  • Add potatoes n cook until tender.
  • Mash it in a pan.
  • Add butter along with milk and wait till the butter melts.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes n blend until a creamy texture is reached.
  • Serve with salt n pepper.
