Shada Doi Mangsho/ Meat cooked in yogurt based sauce (Mom-In-Law’s recipe)

Yoghurt is amazing to help in digestion. Shada Doi Mangsho recipe is mainly based on yoghurt/ curd – which makes it light on stomach. It is a delicious recipe that can be enjoyed in the summer heat as well. It comes from the kitchen of my mother in law, who loves to cook. She has an amazing collection of such amazing recipes.  As her son loves this dish so much it is quite often prepared in the household.  It might seem a light dish but believe me it is absolutely delectable and can be prepared even if you are having guests over.
