Ingredients:
- Whole Baby chicken or Cornish chicken
- Tandoori Chicken masala or Garam Masala
- Pepper Powder
- Cumin (Jeera ) Powder
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Lemon Juice
- Plain Yoghurt (not flavoured).
- Dry red chili powder.
- Milk
- Grounded Coconut.
- Onion
- Tomato
- Paprika
- potato
Method:
- Thaw a whole baby chicken or Cornish hen.
- Next mix it with tandoori chicken masala, garam masala, pepper powder , Cumin powder ,garlic , ginger , salt , turmeric , little lemon juice , plain yoghurt , pinch of dry red chili powder and paprika.
- Keep it aside.
- It would be better to make the stuffing separately.
- Make a mixture of potato, grounded coconut , tomato, milk, garam masala, cook pepper , onion etc.
- Now insert this mixture into the marinated chicken
- Cover it with an aluminium foil.
- Bake it in the oven or OTG for almost 50-60 minutes.
- Broil the baked chicken for at least 10 minutes.
- Your smoky delicious food is ready to be served .
