Spaghetti Bolognese By Nayana Afroz

This is a recipe shared by Nayana Afroz, who is a well known home chef.

Ingredients:
Mutton​ mince: 1kg
Papaya paste:  2 tbsp
Pepper:               3tbsp
Garlic paste.    : 1.5 tbsp
Olive oil.            : 4 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Bolognaise sauce: 6 tbsp
Chopped garlic : 2tbsp
Chopped carrot: 1 cup
Chopped celery
Oregano:               2 tsp
Rosemary.          : 2tsp
Sphagetti.           : 500 gms
Sugar.                  : 1tsp
Salt.                      : To taste

Parmesan            : pinch
Preparation –
  • Marinate the mince in  papaya paste, pepper and garlic paste for half an hour.
  • Lightly heat olive oil and just saute chopped onion and garlic.
  • Add carrots.
  • When soft, add the mince and keep stirring for a while.
  • When the colour changes add salt pepper.
  • Add Bolognaise sauce and the boiled Sphagetti.
  • Mix well.
  • Add celery, oragano and rosemary and take off heat.
  • Serve with some Parmesan sprinkled on top
