Easy Fried Rice
As the name suggests, easy fried rice is really easy to make. This is a rice which I have often made and had also received rave reviews.
Ingredients –
- Rice
- oil
- Bay Leaves
- Garam Masala
- Vegetables – beans, Carrot, Cauliflower,Peas
- Peanuts (optional)
- Eggs (optional)
- Shrimp (optional)
- salt
- cilantro sugar
- jayfol jayitri powder/ Mace Nutmeg powder
- soya sauce
Preparation –
- Prepare the rice the way you do.
- Heat white oil in a pan and temper it with bay leaves and whole garam masala.
- Add the chopped vegetables. You can add scrambled eggs and shrimp if you want to.
- You can add peanuts too at this stage.
- Add salt.cilantro sugar to balance taste, pepper powder, garam masala powder
- You can add jayfol jayitri powder/ Mace Nutmeg powder
- Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce
- Keep stirring the rice and mix well to serve
Variations: You can add shrimps and Eggs before adding vegetables.
