Ingredients
  • Spinach
  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Chicken (or vegetable) stock
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese
Method
  • Boil and blend spinach. Keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion and 1 tsp flour.
  • Mix well, add the blended spinach.
  • Add 2 cups chicken stock, salt and pepper.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes. Take off heat.
  • Serve with a topping of grated cheese

Note — If you want to keep it vegetarian, you may use vegetable stock too. Taste will change a little; but would taste as good, and shall be equally nutritious.
