Cooking is all about fun and experimentation for me. Unfortunately, I don’t maintain a recipe book for myself and had a really hard time to write recipes for BitebyByte!

Ingredients

  1. Noodles (2 pkt) Boiled
  2. Onion 1 (small, sliced)
  3. Capsicum (Green, Red, sliced)
  4. Carrot 1 (Small, sliced)
  5. Soya Sauce (1 tbsp)
  6. Green/ Red chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
  7. Vinegar (Apple cider) (1tbsp)
  8. Flour (1 tbsp) and Butter for white sauce
  9. Milk (1 cup, 200 ml)
  10. Curd (1 tbsp) & Mayonnaise (1tbsp)
  11. 11 Pepper (1 tsp)
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil

Procedure:

  1. Take boiled noodles and let it cool.
  2. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil. Add onions, carrots, fry a while and add the capsicum. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and add the noodles in it. Mix it well and cook for a while. Add salt and vinegar. Keep aside
  3. In a different pan, add little butter and oil. Add flour and mix well. Start pouring the milk with continuous stirring. White sauce will be ready with addition of a little salt and pepper.
  4. Put off the flame. In the white sauce mixture add mayonnaise and curd. Mix well. You can also add little garlic paste and some Italian herbs to give it an interesting flavour.
  5. Take a baking pan, grease with little oil. Add the noodles to the pan. Add the sauce over the noodles and spread it well over it.
  6. Preheat the oven at 200° C, allow the noodle to bake until the sauce on top turns golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
