Ingredients:

  • Curd
  • Besan
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Dhania powder/ coriander powder
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Ghee
  • Methi
  • Jeera/ Cumin
  • Mustard seed
  • Saunf/ fennel
  • Kalonji/ Nigella Seeds
  • Whole Chillies
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves (for garnish)

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a curd mixture with 2 tablespoons besan, salt, dry turmeric, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well. 
  2. In a kadhai heat ghee
  3. To the heated ghee, add methi, jeera, mustard, saunf and kalonji.
  4. After some time add dry whole chillies and curry leaves
  5. Once the seasoning starts getting brown, add in the curd mix.
  6. Bring it to boil.
  7. After some time remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves
