Kadhi my way by Nisupta Bhattacharya

Ingredients:
- Curd
- Besan
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Dhania powder/ coriander powder
- Red Chilli powder
- Ghee
- Methi
- Jeera/ Cumin
- Mustard seed
- Saunf/ fennel
- Kalonji/ Nigella Seeds
- Whole Chillies
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander leaves (for garnish)
Preparation:
- Prepare a curd mixture with 2 tablespoons besan, salt, dry turmeric, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well.
- In a kadhai heat ghee
- To the heated ghee, add methi, jeera, mustard, saunf and kalonji.
- After some time add dry whole chillies and curry leaves
- Once the seasoning starts getting brown, add in the curd mix.
- Bring it to boil.
- After some time remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves
