Nutrela/Soya Chunks Bata By Pritha Dutta
I have never known anyone to be so fascinated with Nutrela Soya Chunks as Sougata, my husband. As such, I keep looking for recipes with this ingredient. What adds fuel to this search is the fact that my mother is a vegetarian; and it is a challenge for me to find off beat vegetarian recipes to serve her. This recipe is an answer to both my quests; and Pritha-Di vouches for its taste.
