Paneer & Anar Seeds Sabzi by Nisupta Bhattacharya

Ingredients:
- Cashew nuts
- Chopped/Sliced Onions
- Ginger
- Pomegranate Seeds/ Anar Seeds
- Ghee
- Oil
- Bay leaf
- Salt
- Coriander/Dhaniya powder
- Milk
- Paneer slices
- Garam Masala powder
Preparation:
- Soak the cashew nuts.
- Fry onions till light brown.
- Prepare a paste by grinding the fried onions and soaked cashew nuts with ginger.
- Peel the pomegranate fruit to take out the seeds and keep aside.
- In a kadhai heat ghee and oil
- When heated add bay leaf followed by the cashew paste and the pomegranate seeds.
- Sauté it well & wait for oil to leave sides.
- Next add salt, dhaniya powder along with milk.
- Add some water along with the paneer slices.
- As the oil leaves the corner, add in the garam masala powder.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with jeera rice/hot chapatis.
