Paneer Paturi by Krishna Mukherjee

Ingredients:
- Mashed Paneer
- Mustard seeds
- Shredded coconut
- Green Chillies
- Roated khus khus (posto)
- Salt
- Sugar
- Mustard Oil
- Banana leaves (to make the parcel)
- Thread (to tie the parcels)
Preparation:
- Mash the paneer with hand to make it smooth
- Make a paste of little mustard seeds, shredded coconut, few green chillies and lightly roasted khuskhus (posto)
- Mix it with mashed paneer
- Add salt along with a little sugar and mix it well.
- Add some mustard oil and mix it in
- Cut banana leaves into medium sizes
- Wash and dry
- Lightly roast the leaves directly on low flame
- Keep a tablespoon of paneer mix on the centre of each leaf place a green chilli then fold the parcels properly
- Secure the parcels with threads
- Heat tawa brush with little oil
- Arrange the parcels on tawa evenly
- Cover it with a lid cook on low flame
- After 8 to10 minutes turn the wrappers
- Cover it again and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes
- Serve with any kind of rice or paratha.
