Soya Chunks in Posto

Soya nuggets are nutritious. While cooking vegetarian food, one should try to keep in mind the nutritious factors and the health factors of the ingredients. Soy chunks are actually a byproduct after extracting the soy bean oil.
In Vegetarian fare usage of Soya chunks is quite common, but because of my Bengali leanings I decided to try it with Posto or Poppy seed paste.
My family appreciated it. Do let me know what your family thinks about this recipe.
