Chinese Style chicken
You can also prepare prawns or eggs in the same way. For prawns, you shall have to steam the prawns with a little salt and then fry them a little with a little more salt and pepper. For eggs, boil the eggs, smear with salt and pepper and fry.

Ingredients:
- Chicken (Breast Piece)
 - Ginger (finely chopped)
 - Garlic (finely chopped)
 - Black Pepper
 - Salt
 - Soya-Sauce
 - Sweet Chilli Sauce
 - Tomato Sauce
 - Mushroom (diced and steamed)
 - Capsicum (diced and lightly fried without disturbing the green colour)
 - Onion
 
Method:
- Marinate the chicken breast pieces with ginger and garlic paste along with salt and soya sauce.
 - Chop the onion into small pieces.
 - Fry the chopped onions once the oil gets hot/ warm.
 - Add pieces of garlic and dried red chilies into it.
 - Also add in sweet chili sauce and tomato sauce.
 - Stir the mix and add drops of water into it.
 - Once done add mushroom, capsicum and chicken to the mix.
 - Fry it.
 - Wait till thick gravy is formed.
 - Serve with fried rice or noodles.
