Pork Sausage Stir-fry By Brinda Sirkar

This recipe is a perfect example of cooking for beginners to wow one and all; a perfect quick-fix for times when you want some tang on your plate, yet do not want to work too hard for it.
Ingredients:
- Pork sausages – 10
- 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
Method:
- Heat a pan
- Fry the Pork sausages without oil in the pan.
- Then put tomato sauce & Worcestershire sauce together in the pan & mix it well with the sausages in very low heat.
- Once the sausages get coated with the sauce, serve hot.
