Meen Moili

This is a Keralite dish that tastes amazing with any boneless, white fish. My household is one that relies on fish mainly for daily protein intake; and as such I keep looking for variations in fish items so that my family members get a variety on the table. If you too like variety, try it! You may also note that this dish, since cooked with fillets, do not require much oil to get cooked. Also, not too many spices are added to it – making this a good dish even for children and the elderly.
