Methi shak chochhori/Stir fried fenugreek greens
Methi leaves are known for the multi faceted health benefits they provide. From helping with bowels, to controlling lipid levels of the blood, from liver-function regulation to blood glucose level control – it can provide you with a plethora of goodness.
Ingredients:
- Methi leaves/Fenugreek greens
 - Potatoes
 - Green chillies
 - Mustard seeds
 - Salt
 - Turmeric
 - Oil
 
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes
 - Heat oil in a wok and temper with mustard seeds
 - Add potatoes and fry
 - Add the fenugreek greens
 - Add salt, turmeric and green chillies and keep frying till masala is cooked
 - Now cover, reduce flame and cook until everything is done
 - All water should be evaporated
 
Note: Only use the methi leaves and very tender stems. The dish will taste bitter if you use hard stems
