Alu-Matar in a tomato Based Gravy
This is a simple recipe which can be had with roti or paratha at any point of time. This tastes delicious because of the tanginess of tomatoes. In my childhood this was a winter staple when fresh green peas were abundant; but now with the availability of frozen peas round the year, this recipe can come handy whenever you want.
Ingredients –
- Potatoes
 - Peas
 - Tomatoes
