Ada-Rosun Chhara Dim-er Dalna / Eggs without Ginger & Garlic paste
This is a little different recipe, where Eggs are cooked without the mandatory ginger garlic paste. I often forget to remember the unique recipes I curated or created from scratch; thus to remember , here is how to cook this –
Ingredients –
- Boiled Egg
 - Oil/ ghee
 - Onions
 - Chilli powder
 - Turmeric powder
 - Tomato puree
 - Garam masala powder
 - Coriander leaves
 
Preparation –
- Boil the eggs
 - Peel and make slight slits in the eggs. Add turmeric and salt
 - Lightly fry the eggs
 - Haet oil & ghee in a pan. Sauté chopped onions in it.
 - Mix chilli powder and turmeric powder in a cup of water and add this to the pan
 - Add tomato puree, salt and sugar as per taste. Let the gravy thicken.
 - Add the eggs and sprinkle garam masala.
 - Add chopped coriander and a dash of ghee.
 
Serve hot
