Alu Phoolkopi Diye Katla/Rui Maachh/Carp/Rohu cooked with Potatoes and cauliflower

This is best cooked with fresh cauliflowers that are abundant in the market during the winter months. The freshness of the vegetables adds a zest to the dish and the lightness of it makes it a healthy option as well. If you are like me, you shall polish it off with steamed rice with chopped onions and whole green chillies on the side.
