Bhetki machher la-jawab/ Amazing Barramundi
This simple, yet delicious Bhetki recipe is fancy enough to make any occasion special. I cook this dish any time I want a delectable change in the daily menu. It is that simple to cook.
Ingredients:

Bhekti fish

Black pepper powder

Lemon juice

Cornflour
-
Onions (chopped)

Garlic (chopped)

Green chillies (chopped)

Ginger (chopped)

Capsicum (chopped)

Carrot (chopped)

Turmeric powder

Cumin powder
-
Coriander powder
-
Chilli sauce
-
Tomato sauce

Salt
-
Oil
Method:

Marinade the fish pieces with pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and cornflour for an hour

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fishes

Keep aside

Add chopped onions, garlic, green chilies, ginger and fry

Now add the carrot and capsicum and keep frying
-
Next add the turmeric, cumin and coriander powder
-
When the masala is cooked, add the tomato and chilli sauce and mix well
-
Add the fish pieces
-
Pour a little water and let it cook

When the fish is well cooked, sprinkle a little cornflour and take the dish off the flame to serve.
