Noodle Omelette
Most of us a packet of noodles in the pantry and some eggs in the fridge. Noodle omlette can easily be whipped up with common ingredients that are lying in your kitchen. This is a healthy and filling recipe that can be served as breakfast or a quick snack. The best part is that it can be made in a jiffy.
Ingredients:
- Noodles
- Egg
- Tomato
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Coriander leaves (optional)
- Green chillies (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- White oil
Preparation:
- Break the noodles into very small pieces
- Boil them well till soft (add a little salt when boiling)
- Mash the boiled noodles smoothly
- In a separate bowl, break eggs and beat with salt and pepper
- Add chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum and the mashed noodles into the egg
- Beat well again to make a thick batter
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the batter like an omelette
- You can add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies as per taste
- Serve hot with sauce
