Salmon baked
This is a light and easy recipe that’s perfect for weight-watchers.
Ingredients:
- Salmon (fillet)
 - Chilli powder
 - Garam masala powder
 - Cumin powder
 - Coriander powder
 - Black pepper powder
 - Lemon juice
 - Oil
 
Preparation:
- Wash the Salmon fillets well
 - Marinate with all powdered spices, lemon juice, salt, sugar and 2 tbsp of oil for about an hour (Salmon is a soft fish, so it can break if you marinate it longer)
 - Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and grease
 - Put the Salmon on the foil along with the marinade
 - Spray a little oil on top
 - Bake it in the oven in 350 degrees for 10 minutes
 - Turn the fillets and bake for another 10/15 minutes (do check it from time-to-time to prevent burning)
 - Serve with onion rings, lemon juice and salad
