Here’s a healthy dessert recipe from his repertoire.
Ingredients:
- Quinoa flour 1.5 cup
- Oatmeal 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Olive oil 3/4 cup
- Eggs 3 nos
- Powdered sugar 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Dried cranberries 50 g
- Cashew 50 g
Method:
- Mix together, sugar egg, oil and yogurt
- Fold in oatmeal and quinoa flour
- Add baking powder, soda, and cinnamon powder
- Bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius
- Yield 10 muffins
