  • Bhekti fillets

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Onion paste

  • Poppy seeds

  • Mustard seeds

  • coriander leaves

  • Add salt to the paste and a little bit of mustard oil.

  • Now smear this paste well on the marinated fillets.

  • In a pan, dry roast banana leaves for about 5-10 seconds each. 10 seconds initially perhaps, and when the pan gets heated enough, 5 seconds would do the trick.

  • Tie the package with a string.

  • Grease a non stick flat based pan with lid with mustard oil.

  • Place the fish.

  • Cover and cook in medium flame for about 10-12 minutes.

  • Then turn each of them, cover again and let it cook for another 10-12 minutes.

  • Now remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.
