Chilli Cheese Toast
This is a great snack that you can cook up in a jiffy! It does not require a lot of ingredients and tastes delicious- a sure hit with guests, or your kid.
Ingredients:
- Bread
- Egg
- Cheese (grated)
- Green chillies (chopped)
- Capsicum (chopped)
- Mustard powder/sauce
- White oil
- Salt
- Ketchup/sauce (to serve as accompaniment)
Preparation:
- Break the eggs and mix salt, chopped green chillies and capsicum, grated cheese and mustard powder/sauce.
- Very lightly toast the breads.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the bread pieces in the mixture and deep fry them a golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup/sauce.
